At D4 Designer Aroma Candle, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds usually take 3–5 business days to process after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used candles or products that are damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
